Job summary

ONE Health Ohio is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The role includes conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing individualized treatment plans.

You will provide patient education and perform minor procedures as needed. Ideal candidates hold an Ohio PA license or NP license with NCCPA certification or eligibility, possess a DEA license, and have a Master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with patients and team members.
• Ability to interpret medical histories and perform thorough evaluations.
• Good understanding of medical terminology and record-keeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including histories and exams.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; may include prescribing medications.
• Provide patient education on health promotion and disease management.
• Perform minor procedures as needed.
