Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.
• Certified NP (FNP). Current Ohio licensure required and maintained.
• Certificate to Prescribe current and maintained.
• Minimum of five years as a Registered Nurse; 1 year as FNP preferred.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and professional discretion.
• Excellent oral and written communication with patients and colleagues.
• Computer literacy including Excel, Word, Outlook; EMR experience preferred, EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary patient primary health care in conjunction with center physicians and staff.
• Be accessible to physicians, staff and supervisors; support continuity of medical services.
• Apply and adapt medical principles to ongoing patient care; assess conditions and histories.
• Maintain quality assurance and adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
