Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services under supervision of a licensed physician.
• Perform and document history and physical assessments appropriate for age and clinical problem.
• Order, perform, and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies with physicians' collaboration.
• Prescribe medications safely and effectively in accordance with best practices and NJ regulations.
• Promote PA practice recognition through conferences, publications, and presentations.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care in accordance with policies and bylaws.
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies.
• Demonstrate accountability for professional practice and ethical considerations.
• Mentor other PAs and participate in educational programs as a clinical expert.
• Identify patient education needs and implement appropriate teaching materials.
