Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Licensure as NJ Physician Assistant and board certification (NCCPA).
Prescriptive authority through CDS/DEA registration per NJ state law.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Utilize a patient-centered coordinated care model to assess, plan, and implement care.
Collaborate with the practice/hospital team to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide direct clinical practice and leadership in the RNFA/APN role.
Engage in coaching, research, and ethical decision-making activities.
Fulfilling weekend/holiday on-call requirements as needed.
