Qualifications

• PA-C designation (NCCPA) required.
• Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances.
• Current AZ license or eligibility.
• ACLS/BLS required.
• Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or orthopedics preferred.
• NRCME (DOT) driver examinations certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests or obtain training within 6 months of employment.
• M - F | 7:00a-4:00p | Call rotated within team.

Responsibilities

• Perform baseline and annual physical exams.
• Evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.
