Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) seeks a Physician Assistant – OB/GYN to join the NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan team. The role focuses on non-surgical management of pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence and prolapse, and involves collaboration with attending physicians to optimize patient care.

• Manages behavioral, medication, and in-office procedural aspects of patient care.
• Provides pre- and post-operative care.
• Performs common clinic procedures including pessary fittings, urodynamics, and pap smear biopsies.
• Develops treatment plans with the patient and attending physician for optimal medical management.
• Admits and discharges patients to and from the OB/Gyn Service.

Opportunity Details

• Non-surgical management of pelvic floor disorders, primarily urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse.
• Manages behavioral, medication, and in-office procedural aspects of patient care.
• Provides pre- and post-operative care.
• Performs common clinic procedures including pessary fittings, urodynamics, and general women’s healthcare procedures like pap smear screenings and biopsies.
• Develops treatment plans in conjunction with the patient and attending physician to provide optimal patient medical management, including contraceptive devices.
• Admits and discharges patients to and from the OB/Gyn Service.

Wages and Benefits include

Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on 35-hour work week and years of State Licensure.

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
