Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) seeks an OB/GYN Generalist for NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. The role includes 8-hour outpatient and 12-hour inpatient shifts, with a 24-hour weekend call and teaching responsibilities for OB/GYN residents.

Compensation includes a base salary of $296,000 (board eligible) or $301,000 (board certified) with a total compensation package around $435,800–$441,300, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

• Board Eligibility or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across Labor & Delivery, Gynecologic Inpatient Services, Ambulatory OB/GYN, and Gynecologic Surgery.
• Supervise and teach OB/GYN residents in a collaborative academic environment.
• Work with an experienced Nurse Midwifery team and participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.

Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435,800** (board eligible) and $441,300** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***.Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
