Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the employing state.
• Current DEA license and CPR/First Aid Certification.

Position Summary

The Nurse Practitioner works under physician supervision, providing medical services including patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plan implementation. Duties include mentoring, professional development, training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and order diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with clinical protocols.
