Job summary

Behavioral Health Group - BHG is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work under physician supervision, delivering medical services, patient histories, exams, and treatment plan implementation. The role includes mentoring, training, and ensuring regulatory compliance within an addiction treatment setting.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, order tests, develop plans, monitor outcomes, and coordinate care with providers, while maintaining high standards of quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of employment.
  • Maintain a current DEA license and CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Experience or understanding of chemical addiction preferred.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and efficient work ethic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computing and data entry.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures.

Position Summary
