Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The PA will provide primary care under physician direction and deliver exceptional patient experiences in every interaction.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of physician practice experience, a graduate PA degree from an NCCPA-accredited program, and current PA license with NCCPA certification and DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree; NCCPA-accredited PA program completed.
• One to three years of physician practice experience preferred.

• Ability to complete validation tests; strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Graduate Degree, required. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program.
• Experience: One to three years of experience working in a physician practice setting, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current PA license in appropriate state, required. NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry, required.
• Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
