Job summary

Novant Health in North Carolina seeks an experienced Physician Assistant for Orthopedic Urgent Care roles in Winston-Salem and Clemmons. You will collaborate with sports medicine physicians, provide clinic care with limited OR exposure, and participate in on-call duties with a bonus structure.

-Ortho Urgent Care(Winston Salem) is no Call and no OR responsibility

-Working with Sports Medicine Physician in Winston

-Looking for Experienced General Ortho APP for Wilkesboro & Clemmons(at least 1 year)

Patient care in the clinic setting with some exposure to the operating room (varies by specialty and need). Paid On-Call responsibility at local hospital systems. Generous bonus structure paid out bi-annually.

What We're Looking For
  • Education: Graduate Degree, required. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program, required.
  • Experience:One to three years of experience working in a physician practice setting, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Current PA license in appropriate state, required.
    • NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry, required.
  • Additional Skills Required:Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
