Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage PA staffing, schedules, assignments, coverage, and workflow for patient care coverage.
• Monitor PA performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to policies.
• Conduct regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and coaching for PAs.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention of PAs.
