Job summary

The Skilled Nursing Facility in Shrewsbury, NJ is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients.

This role features a Monday-Friday schedule with no call, no nights, and no weekends. You’ll join a collaborative, team-based environment and receive full benefits, 4 weeks of PTO and 1 week CME.

Qualifications

• NP or PA license in NJ required.
• Experience in geriatric or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to provide primary and post-acute care within SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients.
• Administer provider-level direct patient care within the Skilled Nursing Facility.
