Job summary

West PACE in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide primary care and acute illness evaluation for PACE participants. You will collaborate with PACE Physicians and the IDT to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Qualified candidates hold a PA license in California, DEA, and prescriptive authority, with BLS/CPR certification. This full-time role requires active participation in rotating night/weekend calls and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• PA State License and DEA registration.
• Prescriptive authority and current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and acute illness evaluation in center and at participants' homes.
• Coordinate with PACE physicians to develop care plans within the IDT.
• Participate in 24/7 coverage rotations and interdisciplinary team meetings.
