Role Overview:

As a Physician Assistant (Geriatric Home Care), you will visit patients in their residences to perform health assessments, assist with care plans, and provide ongoing medical support under physician supervision. What to Expect on the Job

You'll have full scope of practice within California guidelines: conducting comprehensive assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, prescribing medications, and serving as the primary care provider for medically complex elderly patients. Most visits happen in the patient's home, giving you context most office-based practitioners never see.
