Qualifications
- Master’s degree required in Physician Assistant Studies.
- New grads welcome.
- Licensed PA in NY with NCCPA certification.
- EMR experience and HIPAA knowledge.
- FMCSA and DEA credentials preferred or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret labs and imaging, perform procedures like suturing and joint injections.
- Document encounters in the EMR with AI copilots to support decision making.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians, scribes and staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship and quality improvement initiatives.
