Job summary
Nao Medical is hiring a Physician Assistant for a full-scope medical role at our Bartow clinic. You will perform comprehensive assessments, procedures like suturing and injections, and use AI copilots to streamline charting and care decisions.
A dynamic, supportive team environment helps you focus on patients, not paperwork. The package includes a base salary ranging from $125,000 to $188,000, up to $5,000 sign-on, and up to $45,000 quarterly bonuses, plus a CME allowance and full benefits.
Qualifications
- NYS PA license and NCCPA certification required.
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
- EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge.
- FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
- DEA preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Suboxone and CDL certification.
- New grads are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and build evidence-based treatment plans for patients.
- Perform procedures such as suturing and joint injections.
- Manage patient care and telemedicine visits; coordinate with staff for smooth flow.
- Document encounters in the EMR and leverage AI copilots for decision support.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians, scribes, and other clinicians to improve quality of care.
