• Prescribes medications and other therapies as appropriate.
• Advises patients on disease prevention strategies.
• Refer patients to community resources and agencies as needed.
• Consults with Supervising Physicians as necessary.
• Completes patient forms for medical records and billing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
