As a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, you will perform exams, order tests, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, collaborate with physicians and staff, and educate patients

Qualifications

• PA-C license required or eligible.
• Current DEA registration or willingness to obtain before start.
• All experience levels welcome with training & mentorship.
• Passion for geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care.
• Strong communication skills and patient‑first approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).

What You'll Do:

As a PA-C, you will be a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients to better health. No two days are the same!
