Job summary

AllergyCorp Group in Wilmington, NC, seeks a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a growing ENT and Allergy specialty practice. You will provide outpatient care, perform nasal endoscopy, skin testing, immunotherapy management, and participate in education and outreach.

Expect a base salary of 100,000–120,000 with a sign-on bonus and potential productivity-based compensation. Relocation assistance is available; CME stipend and time off are offered.

Qualifications

• PA-C certification and NC licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a specialty outpatient setting (Allergy/Immunology, ENT, Pulmonary, or related).
• Experience with nasal endoscopy and in-office ENT procedures is preferred.
• Experience with allergy testing, immunotherapy management, and respiratory care is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and follow-up visits for allergy, sinus, and asthma care.
• Perform skin testing and manage immunotherapy programs.
• Independently perform nasal endoscopies and in-office ENT procedures (training provided).
• Oversee pulmonary evaluation and PFTs; manage respiratory therapy treatments.
• Order and interpret imaging and coordinate care plans.
• Promote community outreach and patient education.
