Job description

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient ENT and Allergy clinic in Lewes, DE. The position requires 100% outpatient coverage with no nights or weekends.

Job Duties
  • Managing ENT and Allergy patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Treating children and adults for common ENT and Allergy conditions.
  • Performing physical exams and minor procedures.
  • Ordering surgeries through the physician.
  • Ordering and reviewing test results.
  • Other duties as assigned by the physician while ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and clinical policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Board certification from the National Commission on Physician Assistants (NCCPA) -OR- current RN license and NP licensure with current certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)/American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC).
  • Current PA or NP licensure in Delaware or ability to obtain.
  • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • 3+ years of clinical experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer knowledge of EHR systems.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor populations.
