Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Physician Assistant for a Primary Care practice in California. The PA will provide comprehensive outpatient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The role offers a full-time, outpatient schedule with a competitive salary range of $145,000–$190,000 per year, based on experience. CA license required or eligibility, NCCPA certification, and prior primary care experience are preferred.

Compensation

$145,000–$190,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing

• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications

• Provide preventive care and patient education

• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team

Qualifications
