Management Performance Associates is seeking a Physician Assistant for a Primary Care practice in California. This full-time outpatient role emphasizes comprehensive patient care within a supportive, collaborative clinical team.

You will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform exams, order tests, develop treatment plans, and provide preventive care. CA license and NCCPA certification required; family medicine/urgent care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible state CA license.
• NCCPA certification.
• Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred.

Compensation

$145,000–$190,000 annually, based on experience

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.
