Job description

TOC is a well renowned orthopedic practice and has been in business for over 50 years with subspecialties in trauma, foot and ankle, spine, hand, adult reconstruction, pediatrics, pain management, and sports medicine. The practice is located strategically throughout North Florida and South Georgia with eight (8) regional offices and two (2) Tallahassee campuses.

Ancillary endeavors include on site X-ray, MRI, Physical Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Urgent Care Centers, and Orthotics and Prosthetics. TOC fields team physicians for Florida State University (FSU), Florida A&M University (FAMU), and Tallahassee Community College (TCC), as well as numerous area high schools.

We have a full-time opportunity for a Physician Assistant to join our thriving practice, participating in all aspects of the medical care and treatment of orthopedic patients in our urgent care clinic (TOCNOW) located in Tallahassee, Florida with travel to one of our regional offices in either Marianna, Florida or Bainbridge Georgia.

Schedule consists of a four day work week:

TOCNOW – one to two days per week; Regional office – two to three days per week.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A minimum of two years surgical experience required.
2. Relevant work experience in Orthopedics preferred.
3. Completion of Physician Assistant Program.
4. Florida and Georgia licensure (or eligible).
