Job description

TOC is a well-renowned orthopedic practice with over 50 years of experience, specializing in trauma, foot and ankle, spine, hand, adult reconstruction, pediatrics, pain management, and sports medicine.

Practice Locations and Services

The practice operates across North Florida and South Georgia, with eight regional offices and two Tallahassee campuses. Ancillary services include on-site X-ray, MRI, physical therapy, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, and orthotics and prosthetics.

Partnerships and Community Involvement

TOC provides team physicians for Florida State University (FSU), Florida A&M University (FAMU), Tallahassee Community College (TCC), and various area high schools.

Job Opportunities

We have full-time Physician Assistant positions available, involving comprehensive care of orthopedic patients, including:

1. Opportunities at our urgent care clinic (TOCNOW) in Tallahassee, with travel to regional offices in Marianna, Florida, or Bainbridge, Georgia.
2. Schedule: a four-day work week, with TOCNOW coverage one to two days per week and regional office coverage two to three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years surgical experience; orthopedic experience preferred.
• Completion of Physician Assistant program.
• Florida and Georgia licensure or eligibility.
• For Tallahassee office: direct supervision by an orthopedic trauma surgeon is required.
