Job Overview

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Per Diem Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers. We are looking for Per Diem Physician Assistants for our East End Long Island Centers.

Locations

The Provider will mostly be placed in our 16‑hour centers which include:
Yaphank, Elwood, Bay Shore, and Port Jefferson.

In addition, the Provider may be placed in our 12‑hour centers which include: Deer Park, Commack, Sayville, & West Islip.
