GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Physician Assistant for per diem coverage across our East End Long Island centers (Yaphank, Elwood, Bay Shore, Port Jefferson) and 12-hour sites (Deer Park, Commack, Sayville, West Islip). The role offers $90 per hour with flexible shifts and a focus on compassionate, entrepreneurial care.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in urgent care or ED settings, comfortable with minor procedures and reading EKGs/X-rays.

• 2+ years of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience treating all ages (6 months and older).

Job Overview

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Per Diem Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers. We are looking for Per Diem Physician Assistants for our East End Long Island Centers.

Locations

The Provider will mostly be placed in our 16‑hour centers which include:
Yaphank, Elwood, Bay Shore, and Port Jefferson.

In addition, the Provider may be placed in our 12‑hour centers which include: Deer Park, Commack, Sayville, & West Islip.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of full‑time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
