The Opportunity

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.
• Perform acute visits, chronic disease management, and Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
• Conduct occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, injury follow-ups, and work comp cases.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR systems (Amazing Charts & Caretracker).
• Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment plans.
