The Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join the Interventional Cardiology team in the Cath Lab. The PA will support the Chronic Total Occlusion program, working with interventional cardiologists, APPs, nurses, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements include NYS PA licensure, NCCPA certification, and graduation from an accredited PA program.

Responsibilities

The PA will work collaboratively with interventional cardiologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, and ancillary staff to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex coronary artery disease undergoing evaluation and treatment for CTO interventions. This role is integral to supporting a high-volume, tertiary care CTO program focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes, advancing innovative therapies, and enhancing the patient experience throughout the continuum of care. As part of this dynamic team the PA will be collaborating with physicians and other health care providers in the planning, evaluation, and coordination of care for our patients in the new inpatient consult, post procedure, and outpatient clinical settings.**Requirements****Education, Training and Experience****Note:** This position requires flexibility to work across multiple campuses PA will be asked to cover both our Moses, Weiler and outpatient clinics* Bachelor's degree coupled with Registered as a Physician Assistant in New York State required* NCCPA certified* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program.* Experience in interventional cardiology/cardiology preferred, but not required.* No nights/weekends* OHS Fit Test* OHS Annual Assessment.Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
