Job Details

Location: Main - Fremont, OH 43420.
Salary: $120,000.00 per year.
Position: Full‑time Physician Assistant at Community Health Services, 2221 Hayes Avenue, Fremont.

We are looking for a PA with at least 2years experience in a family practice setting.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with patients Monday through Friday – no weekends.
• Perform adult and pediatric assessments.
• Communicate clearly with providers, patients, and CHS staff.
• Follow up on lab and diagnostic testing.
• Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of a current accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current license to practice in the state of Ohio as a Physician Assistant.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum of two years experience as a PA (preferred).
• Knowledge of documenting with EHR.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to critically think and problem solve.
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate.
