Job Title: Full-Time Physician Assistant – Hospital-Based Care (Oregon)

Location: Eugene, Oregon

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Scheduling Options

Position Overview:

Are you a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) ready to take your career to the next level in a high-acuity hospital setting? We're looking for a driven PA to join our expanding inpatient care team and help us elevate patient outcomes in communities across Oregon. Whether you’re newly certified or seasoned in clinical practice, this role offers a collaborative environment, real impact, and ongoing professional growth.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Initiate and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
  • Assist with or perform bedside procedures as appropriate to the specialty and scope
  • Partner closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and specialists
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Facilitate admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
  • Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with hospital policies
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program
  • Current NCCPA certification
  • Oregon State licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or acute care setting
  • Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and team collaboration skills
  • Passion for continuous learning and patient advocacy
