Job summary

Epic Pain Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our physician-led team on a full-time basis. Work alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff in a setting focused on pain management, urgent care, and wellness, with dedicated clinical support and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You'll develop individualized treatment plans, perform in-office procedures, and help patients improve function and quality of life while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant in Texas.
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Pain management, orthopedics, urgent care, or primary care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with physician collaboration.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for acute conditions, injuries, and chronic pain.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Perform in-office procedures, including injections, suturing, and splinting.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient care.
• Stay current with best practices in urgent care and pain management.

What You'll Do

As an Advanced Practice Provider at Epic, you'll have the opportunity to independently manage patient care while collaborating closely with our physicians and clinical team.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans accordingly

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality, efficient care
• Stay current with best practices in urgent care and pain management

Requirements
