Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a full-time clinical team. You will take medical histories, examine and treat patients, order tests, make diagnoses and prescribe medications under physician supervision.

This role requires a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, at least two years of experience in a primary care setting, and a commitment to patient-centered care. On-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies is required.
• 2+ years of experience practicing as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a primary care setting.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.

In this role, you will practice medicine under the direction of physicians, working on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This is a full-time position, and you will be based at our University City center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As Physician Assistant, you will:

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$123,800 - $170,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
