MainStreet Family Care is seeking a PRN Physician Assistant to support urgent care across multiple clinics in Cameron. Flexible shifts, fast-paced environment, and opportunity to stay sharp across different teams.

New grads are encouraged to apply; PA certification and Master’s degree required. Responsibilities include urgent/primary care, minor procedures, suturing, X-ray review, EKG interpretation, and dermatology/GYN care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Physician Assistant certification required prior to start date.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine.
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals.
• Suturing and splinting.
• General orthopedic evaluations and management.
• X-ray review (with Radiologist over-read).
• EKG interpretation.
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care.
• Treating patients of all ages.
• Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting.

PRN Physician Assistant – Cameron

At MainStreet Family Care, we’re growing fast and looking for fast, fun, and friendly PRN Physician Assistants (PAs) to work across multiple clinics in your region. Our providers help patients feel better FAST! Boom!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is flexible working with different teams and clinics. New grads are encouraged to apply — haven’t taken boards yet? That’s okay too!

Responsibilities:

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals
• Suturing and splinting
• General orthopedic evaluations and management
• X-ray review (with Radiologist over-read)
• EKG interpretation
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care
• Treating patients of all ages
• Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting

Schedule:

• Shifts determined approximately two months in advance

MainStreet Clinic Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

KidsStreet Clinic Hours (select locations only):

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, float coverage, etc.
