Travel up to 30% annually, collaborate with clients, and help drive staffing solutions while earning uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience required; healthcare/physician recruiting preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills.
• Proactive cold outreach via phone and email.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Stable employment history with strong professional references.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Lead physician and APP search engagements from intake to placement.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing strategic guidance and recruitment updates.
• Source, engage, and qualify physician and APP candidates through targeted outreach and networking.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess overall fit.
• Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing materials.
• Travel for onsite client visits (30% annually).
