Job summary

Aura Health in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to provide comprehensive anesthesia care for pediatric patients in a busy children's hospital. The role includes ultrasound-guided blocks, airway management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Rotating shifts with on-call responsibilities and a strong emphasis on patient safety are expected. A $100k sign-on bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
• Fellowship training preferred.
• Experience with pediatric nerve blocks, caudal blocks and airway management is advantageous.
• Ability to obtain AZ state licensure and DEA registration.
• Open to both experienced providers and new graduates.

Role:

Pediatric Anesthesiologist responsible for providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients in a busy, state-of-the-art children's hospital.

Key Duties:

• Deliver anesthesia services, including ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and managing difficult pediatric airways
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in on-call responsibilities
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• BC/BE in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Fellowship training preferred
• Experience with pediatric nerve blocks, caudal blocks, and airway management advantageous
• Ability to obtain AZ license and DEA
• Open to both experienced providers and new graduates

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Full-time position with rotating shifts and home call
