Salary Range: $672,175.00 to $739,143.00

Potential Premium Earnings: $196,248.00

Salary range includes incentives that are contingent upon skills, competencies, and geographic location.

The earnings included in the salary range are contingent upon requisite Board Certification.

Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.

Professional Information

Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Part of a core team of pediatric anesthesia consultants who perform 5‑15% of their practice in pediatric anesthesia.
• Conduct pediatric anesthesia for cases in general surgery, urology, orthopedics, ENT, plastic surgery, oncology, GI, IR, and radiology.
• Manage 10‑20 neonatal cases per year from the NICU.
• Serve pediatric floor patients; no PICU.
• Take one week of home pediatric call each month, covering NICU cases, children under 1 year of age, and children under 14 who are ASA 3 or higher.
• No CRNA supervision required for these pediatric core cases.
