Qualifications

Family Allergy & Asthma (FAA) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible allergist/immunologist to join our team in multiple locations: Avon, Indiana and Fairfield, Ohio.

Position Summary:

As an allergist/immunologist with Family Allergy & Asthma, you will provide comprehensive allergy, asthma, and immunology care in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and strong patient relationships.
