Requirements

+ BC/BE in Cardiovascular Medicine

+ Ideal candidates will also be BC in at least one imaging subspecialty

+ Fellowship-trained in Cardiac Imaging

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
