Med Source Consultants seeks a Neurological Surgeon for a locum tenens assignment in Washington. The physician will provide 24-hour beeper call coverage across 14–21 shifts monthly, starting mid-December to January, in a Level 2 trauma center with strong departmental support.

Responsibilities include general adult neurosurgery, adult trauma cases, VP shunt, and complex spinal procedures with/without instrumentation, plus ICP monitor placements; credentialing is expected within ~90 days.

Formación

• Must hold an active Washington state license or IMLC.
• Board certification required.
• Active DEA required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Be prepared for 24-hour call coverage and 14–21 shifts per month starting mid-December/January.

• Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage for 14-21 shifts per month on an ongoing basis starting mid-December/January
• Must hold an active Washington state license or IMLC
• Board certification required
• Active DEA required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Perform general adult neurosurgery procedures
• Manage adult trauma neurosurgery cases
• Perform VP shunt procedures
• Perform spinal surgery with instrumentation including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar levels
• Perform spinal surgery without instrumentation including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar levels
• Placement of ICP monitors required
• Current CV must be uploaded at time of bid

Compensation

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
