Med Source Consultants seeks a Board Certified oncologist in internal medicine with hematology/oncology specialty to provide urgent inpatient hospitalist coverage in Spokane, WA.

The role supports a Level 2 trauma center with 8–hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no call, and ~15 patient encounters per shift. Flexible staffing may be arranged as a single full-time provider or two working 7-on/7-off, with credentialing projected at ~30 days.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Oncology required.
• Active Washington State license or IMLC required.
• Active DEA required.
• Clean file for expedited credentialing; timeframe ~30 days.
• Current CV must be uploaded with bid submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent inpatient hospitalist oncology coverage including Medical Oncology and Hematology Oncology.

• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime after 9 hours.

Job Details

• Provide urgent inpatient hospitalist oncology coverage including Medical Oncology and Hematology Oncology
• Coverage needed ASAP on an ongoing basis with a target start date of September 1st
• Inpatient clinical hours only, no call required
• Shift hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with an unpaid lunch break
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applying after 9 hours per day
• Approximately 15 patient encounters per shift
• Seeking either one full-time provider or two providers working a 7-on/7-off schedule
• Minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month if working as one of two providers
• Active Washington State license or IMLC required
• Board certification in Oncology required
• Active DEA required
• Clean file required for expedited credentialing; estimated credentialing timeframe is 30 days
• Providers must be able to return required paperwork quickly
• Current CV must be uploaded with bid submission
