Job summary

MedCap Health is seeking Physicians to lead a team of specialists and nurse practitioners in long-term care facilities, delivering hospital-level care with flexibility and growth potential.

Positions are contracted, full-time, offering substantial earning potential from $250,000 to $500,000 per year for the contract duration, with malpractice coverage, credential support, and telemedicine for overnight/weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
• Leadership experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering hospital-level care in a skilled nursing facility.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.

Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You’ll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you’ll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Leadership experience would be preferred
