Job summary

ReNew Wound Care is seeking a licensed, board-certified physician to lead wound care across post-acute facilities. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and apply advanced techniques in debridement, grafting, and infection control.

Travel to multiple facilities will be required to deliver high-quality care. Join a national team focused on reducing hospital readmissions and improving recovery journeys for vulnerable patients while maintaining autonomy

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician in good standing (state-specific).
• Board Certified (Required).
• 1+ years’ experience in advanced wound care highly preferred.
• Certification in wound care (CWSP, CWS, WCC, WOCN, CWOCN) is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a passion for field-based care.

• Partner with on-site nursing and rehab teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Communicate treatment goals, progress, and adjustments across teams.
• Travel to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities on a regular schedule.
• Ensure timely, efficient delivery of wound care in every location you serve.
