Job summary

ReNew Wound Care seeks a physician passionate about patient-centered post-acute wound care. You will lead wound care initiatives, perform comprehensive wound assessments, and develop advanced treatment plans across multiple facilities.

The role requires board certification, state licensure, and willingness to travel to post-acute sites. A CWSP/CWS/WCC/WOCN CWOCN certification is a plus, with a competitive base salary and wRVU bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician in good standing (state-specific).
• Board Certified (Required).
• 1+ years’ experience in advanced wound care highly preferred.
• Certification in wound care (CWSP, CWS, WCC, WOCN, CWOCN) is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a passion for field-based care.

Responsibilities

• Lead wound care leadership across post-acute facilities.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized, advanced treatment plans.
• Apply debridement, skin grafting, and infection control techniques.
• Partner with on-site nursing and rehab teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Communicate treatment goals, progress, and adjustments across teams.
• Travel to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities on a regular schedule.
• Ensure timely, efficient delivery of wound care in every location you serve.
