Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a PRN Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana. You will work under physician supervision to deliver primary care in a correctional environment, including assessments, diagnoses and medication management. Active Indiana APRN and DEA licenses are required, with credentialing and background checks.

2+ years of NP experience is preferred. Malpractice insurance is paid for by Centurion Health.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Indiana APRN license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license.
• Ability to pass credentialing and background checks.
• 2+ years of NP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a correctional facility.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient care and medications.
• Under supervision of an physician, provide primary care services in a secure setting.
