State of Franklin Healthcare Associates in Johnson City, TN is seeking a qualified Physician to join our physician-led multi-specialty group. You will obtain health history, perform physical exams, order labs, diagnose and treat patients, and supervise mid-level practitioners within established guidelines.

Applicants must hold an MD or DO, be board eligible or certified, and possess a current Tennessee medical license with DEA certification.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and current state licensure in Tennessee.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or related field.
• Active DEA registration and ability to prescribe meds.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform physical examinations.
• Order and evaluate labs and imaging as needed.
• Diagnose, treat, and educate patients and families.
• Supervise mid-level practitioners (PA/NP) per guidelines.
• Maintain CME hours to stay current.
