Job summary

ReNew Wound Care is seeking a licensed physician to lead post-acute wound care across multiple facilities. You will perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop advanced treatment plans, and work with on-site teams to improve healing outcomes.

Board certification is required; 1+ years in wound care preferred. Flexible: full-time, part-time, or independent contractor. Travel between facilities is expected. Competitive base salary with RVU bonus, malpractice coverage, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in good standing (state-specific).
• Board certification required.
• 1+ years in advanced wound care preferred.
• CWSP, CWS, WCC, WOCN, CWOCN certifications are a plus.
• Reliable transportation; field-based care passion.

Responsibilities

• Lead wound care across facilities with comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement advanced treatment plans.
• Apply debridement and infection control as needed.
• Partner with on-site nursing and rehab teams for patient care.
• Communicate goals, progress and adjustments across teams.
• Travel to multiple facilities on a regular schedule.

• Wound Care Leadership
• Perform comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized, advanced treatment plans.
• Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, skin grafting, and infection control.
• Partner with on-site nursing and rehab teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Communicate treatment goals, progress, and adjustments across teams.
• Facility-Based Mobility
• Travel to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities on a regular schedule.
• Ensuretimely, efficient delivery of wound care in every location you serve.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Licensed Physician in good standing (state-specific).

• 1+ years’ experience in advanced wound care highly preferred.
