Job summary

Concentra Brentwood, CA seeks a Physician Clinic Medical Director who will split time between direct patient care and clinical leadership. You’ll mentor clinicians and partner with the Center Leadership Team to drive quality, safety and a premier patient experience.

MD or DO with CA license and DEA is required; Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Compensation includes $280k–$345k base, $50k hiring bonus, and an $8k director stipend, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses.

• Active, unrestricted California medical license.
• Unrestricted DEA license.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to putting patients first.

Our Medical Directors are working physicians who spend most of their time treating patients, with a portion of their time dedicated to clinical leadership, quality improvement and partnering with the Center Leadership Team.

You focus on patients and clinical leadership while partnering with an experienced operations team to support the day-to-day business of the center.

What We’re Looking For

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted California medical license

• Clinical and supervisory experience preferred
• Leadership experience in medical management and quality improvement preferred

Compensation

This position is eligible for a base compensation range of $280,000–$345,000 annually, plus an $8,000 annual Director Stipend, $50,000 Hiring Bonus, and applicable monthly and quarterly bonus incentives.

Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors permitted by applicable law, including experience, geographic location and/or seniority.
