MedCap Health is seeking physicians to lead a team of healthcare specialists and nursing staff in long-term care facilities. This contracted, full-time role offers a generous compensation range of $250,000–$500,000 annually and comprehensive support to develop your clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Leadership experience would be preferred

Your Schedule

Our Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.

Your Day

Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You\'ll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you\'ll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!

What We Need From You

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Leadership experience would be preferred
