The role involves preparing treatment rooms, assisting patients with exercises and apparel, managing intake forms, processing co-pays, and coordinating scheduling while maintaining confidentiality and a friendly patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college health field degree preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room and assist patients into therapy apparel.
• Assist with exercises and proper use of equipment.
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk tasks during peak times.
• Collect co-pays and ensure patients are seen timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies.
